Brain Abscess Developing after Auto-Mastoidectomy: A Case Report

Introduction: Auto-mastoidectomy is a rare complication that can develop after chronic middle ear infection and be seen in cases where no response to classical treatment obtained. 
 Case Report: A 55-year-old male patient applied the emergency department for left pain complaint. In his examination, he was conscious, but orientation cooperation were not complete. The brain CT showed mastoidectomy cavity on left, had never been operated on.
 Conclusion: destruction of bones tissues may cause current condition brain. This case report examines auto-mastoidectomy, which diagnosed when abscess develops.
